Quinn Li, M.D.

Dr. Li is an ER physician in Sacramento and has been practicing Emergency Medicine for 10 years. He also has experience of working in the Pediatric Emergency Room. He is certified by both American Board of Internal Medicine and American Board of Pediatrics. He is a fellow of American Academy of Pediatrics (FAAP). Dr. Li is also interested in clinical research. He received a Ph.D. degree from University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He has published a lot of research articles.

Evalyn Horowitz

Brooklyn and New Jersey raised, educated in physics & psychology at Michigan State then Med Sch there in Lansing & Grand Rapids. Family practice in downtown Philadelphia then moved to California, internal medicine boarded and infectious disease fellowship. Patient practice in community clinics for immigrants, a bit of Kaiser then private internal med-infectious disease x 10 years in Yuba-Sutter County. Then moved into Correctional Medicine and Public Health x 17 years & currently. Hobbies are my pets, kids, reading and travel.
